When the challenge is helping people find their way through complex systems and platforms

I design clarity in complex digital systems,transforming messy workflows and fragmented navigation into intuitive, scalable user experiences.

My work is primarily platform and systems-level: navigation, information architecture, and end-to-end user journeys. I'm most effective where content already exists, but users struggle with orientation, relevance, or flow. Thoughtful structure, not more features, is usually what makes the difference.

This work sits alongside my learning design practice — the same research and systems thinking, applied to how people navigate rather than how they learn.

Simplifying Navigation in a Global Learning Platform

May 2024 to October 2024

Users struggled to locate learning content within a fragmented LMS navigation system, driving recurring support tickets and low discoverability. Led the UX redesign of the information architecture — synthesised user feedback, restructured navigation hierarchies, and developed wireframes and navigation prototypes within platform constraints.

Building a Custom Learning Platform

April 2020 to November 2020

User workflows were fragmented across systems, limiting scalability and creating inefficiencies. This project authored the product strategy and UX design for a cohort-based experiential learning platform — from requirements gathering and feature prioritisation through to prototyping, usability testing, and a phased feature roadmap.

Designing a Workplace Giving Platform — Web & Mobile

March 2026

A financial well-being platform needed to serve two very different users — employees managing personal giving and HR administrators overseeing participation and compliance — within a single, coherent product. Designed end-to-end across both surfaces: information architecture, lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes, a full design token system, and developer handoff documentation.
